Article on Credit Checks and Pre-employment Screening

There was a great article yesterday regarding liquor store employees and credit checks. BIS was mentioned. Credit checks should only be used as a tool in the hiring process, we have seen no studies supporting bad credit and propensity to steal. BIS does advocate doing complete background checks but certain elements should be used in certain ways.
