Highway Bill Passed into Law

Yesterday President Bush signed a new 286 billion dollar highway bill. Since I have not updated this blog in quite some time I thought this may be a good opportunity. Yesterdays bill contained some language pertaining to the pre-employment screening industry. According to this article the bill allows certain databases to be accessed by the trucking industry and puts more screening in place for Hazmat Drivers. Comments?
