The article, The Absolution Argument, found in the Cleveland Plain Dealer highlights a recent trend of legislation being brought to various local and state governments.  The topic is whether various adult criminal convictions should be sealed off an individual’s record so that they stand a chance of getting a job, a loan, etc after they have paid their debt to society.  This topic will be one to watch over the course of the next couple of years.
