I am pleased to announce that we have launched the “Guest Articles” section on employeescreen University.  This area will feature materials from industry experts with a fresh take and unique perspective on the issues that affect hiring professionals across the globe.

Our first article was written by  Ron Bower,  Vice President and Director of Talent Sourcing at AmTrust Bank.  What Ron has accomplished at AmTrust through his internal employee referral program is nothing short of miraculous.  The bank is now hiring 75% of external hires through internal referrals.  This article describes how they’ve developed the program and how its paid of for the organization.
