31 years with the New York State Department of Correctional Services and worked at 5 different facilities, including Bedford Hills Correctional Facility, a maximum security facility for women and Attica. Retired but served as a tempory release chairman and a supervising Senior Correction Counselor. My son is serving 15 years in a federal institution and his conviction should be overturned because he was denied due process and this takes me to where I can serve the President-Elect. The F.B.O.P. is a holding center and needs a new direction which I can provide. As most know, we have more folks in jail then any other country. I have tried to publish a series of articles, but no one has responded. All of my research has been focused on the new crack-cocain subsitute, child porn and the incidious need to jail everyone that comes close to the 21st. century witch hunt. Is this personal, absolutely but it draws in all of my experience which includes far too many innocent young americans going to jail simply to quench the thirst of so many zealous prosecutors. There are many alternatives already in place but under utilized by sentencing judges. Allow me to work for the panel that reviews pardon applicants, serve as an adviser to the prison operation, or a foot soldier in the trenches of Miami Florida. Florida is the 1st in prosecuting kids as adults, and I wonder why. My accomplishments include the first unite for the blind and deaf inmates which I managed and fought for before the American Disability Act. This is my job application and please do not misunderstand my reluctance to fill out this application, but I can not.

I would like to make a difference not only in Kentucky, but all over the world for the injustices within our justice system. I do know that in Kentucky it’s time to say enough is enough. In 2008, a 32 year old black male was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a crime he DID NOT commit. On national t.v. so-called witnesses and KBI were caught making false accusations about the accused so that the jury could find him guilty to close this eight year old case. One of the witnesses who says she help burn the 18 year old victim’s body had not been in jail for six months and got released on shock probation in December of 2008. She was arrested in 2008 and released in 2008. How strange? They also released her from jail last year to go home to have a baby. How do you admit to capitol murder and get to go home to give birth then get released for testifying for the prosecution? She told an officer in California when the murder first happened that she did not know the 32 year old male and wouldn’t know him if he was in front of her. He wanted to fly to Kentucky to testify, but anyone who could help free this innocent man, they would not place on the stand for his trial. Her sister made false accusations against the 32 year old male, but went back to court about three days later and recanted her story and told on national t.v. how her sister asked her if she wanted to make some money by getting this yound man convicted and how the prosecution made her tell lies on this man to convict him. She cried on the stand then with anger pointed out the man with the prosecution and told how he would not let her tell the truth and threatened to take her children and housing assisstance away from her if she didn’t cooperate with them in getting this man sentenced. She said she couldn’t live with herself by having an innocent man locked away for life. When she left the stand, she pushed his chair in front of everyone. The prosecution, who is with Commonwealth of Kentucky, were so angry that she told on them that they had her arrested for perjury about a month later which was the day they sentenced the young man. She was arrested for them making her lie. How much injustice is that? His DNA did NOT match the victim and phone records showed where he was during the time of the murder. He left the house. The people in this house stated he never left. DNA under the victim’s nails, a large clump of hair, her dress with the maggots on it to determine her time of death, and the 18 tapes all mysteriously disappeared from the victim’s files and someone else’s files were placed in her files. What did the authority do with them? Something fishy there. The prosecution offered the accused 15 then 25 years if he’d testify falsely against two other people. He told the Paducah Sun Newspaper that he told them that they would just have to give him life or death, because he was not going to lie on others about a murder he knew nothing about to free himself. That showed everyone his innocence. I told him in God’s eyes he did the right thing. He broke down when they got him back to the jail when he called me and told me that his life is gone for something he knew nothing about and that his life is gone and will never be able to have the opportunity to have children like some of us. My heart bleed for him. He said that God would take care of the situation for him. He did not even get to get on the stand during the whole two weeks of his trial. The lawyer told them they had the right two people they arrested the first time and let go. One was the victim’s baby’s father, and the other was her live in boyfriend. Inmates stated the father of her baby told them he killed her and how he did it. There was only one black jury, who they to the judges chambers two or three times. It was told they intimidated her int the back. She was going to vote not guilty, but that changed after they get ahold to her. This has to stop everywhere, but we really need help in Kentucky and this case needs to be reinvestigated. They had no evidence on this man and stripped his life away from him. He turned himself in when he heard they were looking for him. A murderer wouldn’t do this. He said he hadn’t done anything, so he turned himself in to an officer in Hickman, Kentucky. This crime was horrible and the victim’s family deserves to know the the real truth of who killed their daughter. Justice is never served if the right people aren’t incarcerated. Can someone please help both the victim and young man’s family? Both families are hurting. If anyone can help, there’s an investigator who investigated the case who would be more than happy to speak to you and show you all of the evidence to prove this man’s innocence. Please e-mail me! I want to make a difference. That’s why I’m about becoming an investigator. I want to help the innocent as well.God Bless!
